We have our eyes set to be the #1 deburr shop in Arizona.
Our team members are treated equally, respectably and like family.
We are currently looking to add (2) additional team members to our growing business.

We primarily work on Aerospace parts but we also precision deburr other industries such as medical, automotive, space and defense.
Responsibilities:
Deburring small or large parts.
You will clean edges and smooth lines.
You may be required to do some sanding and polishing.
Handle parts with care while washing.
Exercise care and attention to detail.
Ability to stand or sit for long periods at a time.
Follow instructions.
Maintain safe and clean work environment.
Comply with personal safety requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualification Requirement:
Must have basic knowledge of basic safety standards and able to follow safety policies.
Must have an enthusiastic approach to work.
Must be able to lift, move up to 50 lbs.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Reliable transportation.
Team player who works great with others.
No deburr experience needed.
Pay is based on experience.
Have some experience sanding, polishing, grinding.
Must be a US Citizen.
Must have your GED or High School Diploma or currently enrolled in High School.
Must take direction well and work well in a team environment.
Must have outstanding punctuality and attendance.

30pm Monday thru Thursday 7:

00pm Fridays Students can negotiate hours to fit your need Sick time 3 full days after 90 days employed Vacation Days After 1 year and based on hours worked = 1 week (5 days) After 2 years and based on hours worked = 2 weeks (10 days) After 3 years plus performance and based on hours worked = 2
